Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine broth, green onions and pepper in large saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil over medium-high heat. Add rice and chicken; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
