Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a skillet, sauté onion, pepper, and celery in oil or shortening until tender. Add flour, tomatoes, and seasonings. Simmer 15-minutes. Add cooked shrimp. Simmer about 10-minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
