Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare rice according to package directions. Combine cooked rice, butter, pimiento, and instant chicken broth. Spoon into a buttered shallow 1-quart casserole. Combine cheese, bread crumbs, and almonds, sprinkle over rice. Bake for 15-minutes.
