Cooking Directions
Prepare 1-cup of rice according to package directions; should make about 3-cups cooked rice. In a large, heavy skillet or wok, cook diced chicken, onions, and mushrooms in oil over high heat; stirring constantly for 5-minutes, or until mushrooms are golden. Add remaining ingredients and cook 3-minutes longer until heated through and well-blended.
