Cooking Directions
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft, about 5 minutes. Add rice mix, curry powder, dried fruit, cardamom, water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover; reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in carrots and nuts.
