Cooking Directions
Prepare rice mixes according to package directions.
In a large skillet, heat oil. Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove chops from skillet. In skillet, combine cooked rice, tomatoes and hot sauce. Continue to cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Place pork chops on rice. Cover; heat for 5 minutes. Remove lid and sprinkle with cilantro.
