For the Salad:

For the Dressing:

Cooking Directions
In large bowl combine all the salad ingredients; mix well.
In 1 cup glass measure add all dressing ingredients; mix well. Add dressing to rice mixture; stir well.
Let sit 30 minutes to combine flavors.
