Prepare rice according to package directions.
When rice is cooked stir in cream, margarita mix and sugar. Simmer 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and add tequila, orange liquor and zest. Stir well to incorporate. Pudding will thicken as it cools. Divide pudding into margarita style glasses and top with a pinch of salt, if desired. Garnish with lime wedge, if desired.
