Cooking Directions
Pour milk and rice in top of a double boiler. Cook rice until tender, stirring occasionally. Add sugar and salt. Combine well. Stir in eggs. Mix well and cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cool rice to room temperature. Fold in whipped cream and almond extract and raspberries. Pour in a bowl and chill.
