Cranapple Nut Rice Stuffing

Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add apple, celery and garlic. Sauté 5 minutes. Add poultry seasoning, orange juice and cranberries. Continue to cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in rice and nuts and cook until heated through. Top with green onions.
