Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Combine in a saucepan, rice, milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar and raisins. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; boil slowly 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Slowly pour hot mixture into eggs; beat vigorously with a fork. Add vanilla. Let cool about 10 minutes. Makes about 4 servings. Refrigerate any leftovers.
