Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Sauté sausage until lightly browned. Add cabbage, onion, bell pepper, garlic, celery, and oregano. Cook, stirring occasionally until vegetables are crisp tender. Add broth, tomatoes and rice and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
