Cooking Directions
Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
In a medium saucepan melt butter; sauté onions, mushrooms, celery, and carrots for 2 minutes. Add chicken broth, chicken and prepared rice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer and add whipping cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 5 minutes. Garnish with dill weed.
