Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.Once rice is cooked, add chicken, broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Ladle soup into individual bowls and top with crushed tortilla chips, cheese, sour cream, avocado and cilantro, if desired.
