Cooking Directions
In a medium saucepan, combine rice, chicken broth, green onions, chilies, cilantro, margarine, ginger, and turmeric. Bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to simmer and simmer for 15 minutes. Fold in lime juice and peanuts. Serve immediately.
