Cooking Directions
Prepare pie crusts according to package directions. Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool cooked rice.
Reduce oven to 350°F.
In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and celery and sauté until tender. In a large bowl combine eggs and cream. Add onions, celery, ham, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Divide mixture into prepared pie crusts. Bake 30 minutes or until centers are set. Allow to cool before serving.
