Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions. Set aside.
In a large skillet, sauté onions, pepper and garlic in oil 5 minutes. Add flour, cook, and stir until bubbly.
Gradually blend in chicken broth; bring to boil, and stir. Add next 3 ingredients and simmer 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients; heat stirring occasionally.
