Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Sauté onion and green bell pepper in butter for 2 minutes. Stir in flour, then water. Stir until mixture thickens, add seasonings. Add cheese and stir until melted. Blend in tomato juice, add cooked shrimp and heat thoroughly, about 5-minutes. Serve over hot cooked rice.
Makes 4 servings (about ½-cup shrimp mixture and 2/3-cup rice).
