Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside. Heat olive oil in a large saucepane. Sauté garlic, onion, celery, and bell pepper until tender; add crawfish and green onions; simmer for 10 minutes. Add parsley. Fold in brown rice. Season to taste.
