Cooking Directions
Remove tortillas from refrigerator. Let stand at room temperature at least 15 minutes.
Prepare rice mix according to package directions. While rice is cooking, lay flour tortillas on a flat surface. Divide remaining ingredients, including rice mix, and add to flour tortillas. Roll tortillas. Wrap rolled tortillas in butcher paper.
