Cooking Directions
Preheat oven to 350º F. Prepare rice according to package directions. In a medium bowl, whip together egg, sour cream and evaporated milk. Stir in rice, corn, chilies and 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into 1-quart casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
