Cooking Directions
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add almonds and sauté until golden brown. Remove from pan and reserve.
In same pan, add rice mix, mushrooms, milk, soup and chicken. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Stir in green onions. Serve topped with reserved almonds.
