Cooking Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions.
Sauté onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper and green chili peppers in olive oil. Add tomatoes, corn and heat.
Add remaining ingredients; and, simmer for about 20 minutes uncovered. Serve over warm cooked rice.
